PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a limited cache memory mounted on a communication terminal. SOLUTION: The communication terminal 30 includes: a cache memory 31; an allocation section 35 which allocates, when a certain Web application is started, a predetermined cache memory allocation capacity of the cache memory 31 for the Web application; a hit rate calculation section 36 which records a cache hit state during execution and calculates a cache hit rate based on the cache hit state when the execution is terminated; and an allocation capacity adjustment section 33 which adjusts the cache memory allocation capacity by increasing the cache memory allocation capacity when the cache hit rate is below a lower limit threshold and reducing the cache memory allocation capacity when the cache hit rate is beyond an upper limit threshold.
