PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good sleep aid which brings a sleeping person a mentally healing effect and a good sleep in a stress-free condition. SOLUTION: This good sleep aid, which is to be set near a sleeping person during sleeping hours, includes a grip part, shaped like a human hand with the same or similar feel to a human hand, which can be held or grasped by the person. The grip part may be provided with an additional member in an arbitrary shape, a warming member, or an aromatic substance. It may also be provided with various functions of generating vibrations, gently touching or massaging the sleeping person, scratching an itchy spot, or generating sounds including voices, music, heartbeat, etc. This good sleep aid is used most suitably for infants or young children, but can be used by adults of all ages, those who are suffering insomnia from social stress.
