摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil composition excellent in low-temperature performance without performing test production for evaluating whether low-temperature performance is excellent or not by tentatively blending different fuel oil base materials. SOLUTION: The fuel oil composition is provided of which a P value, represented by formula 1, of the fuel oil composition predicted after blending two or more different fuel oil base materials is in the range of -3 to 3, and a low-temperature fluidity index S represented by formula 2 is 1.3 or more.
