The heating- and cooling unit (10) has a conducting element (14) for conducting heat- and cooling energy to an area (16) of a component (12) of a motor vehicle to be heated and cooled. The conducting element is manufactured in an injecting method. A partial area of the conducting element is arranged outside a main extension surface (26) of the conducting element. The partial area is adjusted in its form at a corresponding contour (24) of the component. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a heating- and cooling unit for a component, particularly a motor vehicle.
