<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly select a condition assignment matched with a characteristic (operation in duty) of a user in a condition assignment screen for assigning an analytical condition, and to support speed-up and efficiency enhancement of an analytical operation. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device 2 stores information of the operation in duty of the user and information about assignment items of the analytical condition selected in the past, as a history data 21. A history data totalizing part 105 specifies the operation in duty of the user at first, when editing the condition assignment screen for the user to assign the assignment item of the analytical condition, and counts, in each assignment item, reference frequencies of an analytical data concerned in the assignment items of the condition selected in a prescribed period by the user of the operation in duty same to the specified operation in duty. The counted reference frequency is embedded in the condition assignment screen to be displayed.
