<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer management system which improves security of transfer operations and withdrawal operations, achieves quick withdrawal and reduces a security burden on a monitoring center. <P>SOLUTION: A management device 100 includes: an account information acquiring part 109 for acquiring recipient account information from an ATM (Automatic Teller Machine); a credit information acquiring part 102 for transmitting the recipient account information to a transaction information management center, and for acquiring credit information of a recipient account from the transaction information management center; a monitored information determining part 103 for determining monitored information showing monitored content to a security center on the basis of the credit information; a suspicious information acquiring part 108 for transmitting the monitored information to the security center and acquiring suspicious information from the security center; a transfer determining part 104 for determining whether to accept transfer to the recipient account indicated by the recipient account information on the basis of the suspicious information; and a transfer notifying part 107 for notifying the ATM of transfer acceptance permission when it is determined that transfer to the recipient account is allowed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
