<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of low-odor unburned brick, suppressing spring back of brick during molding when a low-odor binder is used. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of low-odor unburned brick comprises: adding a polyethylene fiber having an ultrahigh molecular weight by 0.03 to 1 mass% as an external percentage to a refractory raw material blend; adding at least one kind of monosaccharide, oligosaccharide, polysaccharide, pulp waste liquid, hexavalent polyols and polyvinyl alcohols as a binder, and kneading; press-forming; and then heat treating at a temperature of 500°C or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
