METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BONE PROSTHETIC MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly manufacture a flexible bone prosthetic material.

SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the bone prosthetic material includes an agitation step S2 of mixing and agitating calcium phosphate powder or granules and a binder composed of liquid or gel containing a component to be crosslinked, and a hardening step S3 of hardening the binder by crosslinking. Hardening is instantaneously performed by crosslinking the component to be crosslinked and the flexible bone prosthetic material is easily and quickly manufactured. The flexible bone prosthetic material is easily and quickly manufactured without performing the process of dissolving hydroxyapatite in phosphate liquid or the process of precipitating apatite in the direction of collagen fibers.
