PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion cosmetic product having immediate action and sustainability, and applying excellent springy feeling to a skin. SOLUTION: Combined use of stearyl stearate and a hydrocarbon gives an excellent effect for applying moderate springy feeling to the skin with a soft film. Single use of stearyl stearate lowers moisture retention and springy feeling, and use of other fatty acid ester in place of stearyl stearate remarkably lowers the springy feeling.
