PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a concrete pipe which can apply a proper expansion pressure to both of a synthetic resin pipe arranged inside concrete and a steel pipe arranged outside concrete. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the concrete pipe, a synthetic resin is provided on the inner circumference surface, and a steel material is provided on the peripheral surface. An inside frame made of a synthetic resin constituting the inner surface of the concrete pipe, an outside frame made of the steel material constituting the outer surface of the concrete pipe, and a fiber sheet dividing the clearance between the frames into an inside region and an outside region are arranged. First ready-mixed concrete and second ready-mixed concrete having different contents of an expansion material are placed in the inside region and the outside region, respectively. As the first ready-mixed concrete to be placed in the inside region, ready-mixed concrete whose expansion material content is larger than that of the second ready-mixed concrete to be placed in the outside region is used.
