PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet with a metallic luster, for example, a packaging sheet with a metallic luster suitable for press-through pack package and forgery preventing. SOLUTION: The packaging sheet includes: a substrate 2 with a metallic luster face; a first printing layer 3 provided on the metallic luster face and having a low specular surface reflectivity of infrared rays; and a second printing layer 4 provided on the printing layer of the low specular surface reflectivity of the infrared rays and including antimony-doped tin oxide or tin-doped indium oxide.
