摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation measuring system which stably measuresβ-rays under measurement, with a high degree of sensitivity and accuracy, without being influenced by environmentalβ-rays. SOLUTION: Following layers are arranged sequentially, in this order starting from the side of a body to be measured 1: A first scintillation fiber layer 21a which reacts with radiation emitted from the body to be measured 1 and environmentalγ-rays; a firstβ-ray shielding layer 22a for shielding theβ-rays emitted from the body to be measured 1; a second scintillation fiber layer 21b, which reacts with environmentalγ-rays; and a secondβ-ray shielding layer 22b for shielding the second scintillation fiber layer 21b from the environmentalβ-rays. The effects of theγ-rays are estimated, on the basis of the measurement results of the radiation detected by the second scintillation fiber layer 21b, and theβ-rays emitted from the body to be measured is measured by compensating for the effects of theγ-rays, on the basis of the measurement results of the radiation detected by the first scintillation fiber layer 21a.
