PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of backlash and lost motion when working and feed a movable member at a high speed when feeding. SOLUTION: In working, one of two motors 11, 21 generates torque for moving the movable member GL and both the motors 11, 21 generate offset torque in a reverse rotation direction, so that generation of backlash and lost motion is prevented. In feeding, both the motors 11, 21 generate torque for moving the movable member GL in the same direction so that the movable member GL is operated for high-speed moving. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
