摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat which is reliably operated under an impact load equal to or more than a predetermined value, compact and lightweight, and capable of effectively reducing the impact on an occupant by ensuring the set-in of a body of the occupant backward of a vehicle in a rear-end collision. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat S seatback frame F having at least a side part 10 and an upper part 20, a headrest S3, a bearing member 40 to be independently operated from the headrest S3, a first connection member 42 and a second connection member 44 for connecting the bearing member 40 to the side part 10 side, an engagement member 50 which is engaged with the second connection member 44 and urged in the predetermined direction, a guide groove 52b for guiding the second connection member 44, and a locking groove 52a for locking the second connection member 44. By the application of the impact load equal to or more than the predetermined value to the bearing member 40, the second connection member 44 is detached from the locking groove 52a, and operated along the guide groove 52b with the connection position of the first connection member 42 to the side part 10.
