<p>A printer which can print first size is disclosed. The printer includes a printing head (4), a control module (2) and a main beam frame which matches with printing of the first size. The printing head (4) is second size printing head, and its original transverse velocity is second size velocity, the second size being smaller than the first size. Furthermore, the printer includes a velocity regulating module (1) and a printing content conversion module (3). The velocity regulating module(1) regulates the transverse velocity from second size velocity to first size velocity in transverse proportion, thus the printing head can complete transverse printing at either size in the same time. The printing content conversion module (3) converts the longitudinal printing content in longitudinal proportion. The control module (2) controls an actuating unit of the printing head (4) according to a signal sending from the velocity regulating module to achieve printing. A method of enlarging printing size and a printing system having the printer are also disclosed. By applying the printing head and the control module of small-size printer, the present invention greatly reduces the production cost of large-size printer.</p> |
