PURPOSE: A direction converter of a card issuer is provided to reduce a size of a cart printer by implementing a layout of linear or corner shape. CONSTITUTION: A moving member(120) is formed on a base and reciprocates with a driving force. A rotation member(140) is axially combined with the moving member and rotates with a preset angle. A rotational direction converter(150) is formed between the base and the rotation member and converts the rotational direction around an axis when the moving member moves. An elastic member(160) supports the rotation member and the moving member and is recovered if the rotation member of the rotational direction converter rotates over half of a rotational angle.
