PURPOSE: An airship equipped with a helicopter function is provided to enable the same function to a satellite to be performed at a lower altitude than the satellite. CONSTITUTION: An airship equipped with a helicopter function comprises wings and circular holes. The wings are formed on the left and right sides of the airship. The circular holes are formed on the center of the wings so that two propellers can rotate. One of the propellers raises when rotating by the Bernoulli's theorem. The other one propeller falls in rotation. On the propellers, wings are formed. The wings of the propellers are formed on the right and left wings of the airship. Two propellers for moving back and forth are mounted on the ends of both wings of the airship.
