<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery module which can rapidly start a fuel battery cell stack without directly heating the fuel battery cell stack and of which structure is not complicated by reducing the number of combustors installed. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery module has a fuel battery cell stack 2 in which a plurality of power generation cells 9 and separators 12 are laminated alternately and power generation reaction is generated by supplying a fuel gas and an oxidant gas to the power generation cells 9, a water vaporizer 3, and a reformer 4 arranged in a can body 1.
