PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the display part of an image forming apparatus display a display screen on which any data for display are not held by the image forming apparatus, and to increase the possibility of extension in displaying a plurality of display screens at the display part.

SOLUTION: A PC 31 includes a parts instruction acceptance part 3121 for accepting the designation instruction of display object parts from a user; a layout instruction acceptance part 3122 for accepting the layout instruction of the display object parts; an action setting part 3123 for setting an action to the display object parts; a generation part 3126 for generating the screen data of a display screen with content determined by display object parts selection instruction, layout instruction and action setting; and a model dependence information setting part 3125 for setting model dependence information to the generated screen data.
