<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible module provided with a power generating device, which has good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible module provided with a power generating device is provided with a signal processing circuit 5b, a power generating block 6 that drives the signal processing circuit 5b, and a substrate 8 having the power generating block 6 and the signal processing circuit 5 formed thereon. The substrate 8 has a flexible region 9 and a rigid region 10. On the rigid region 10, an electronic component 13 or a semiconductor element 12 are mounted, and the signal processing circuit 5b is formed, and in the flexible region 9, the power generating block 6 is formed. Thus, since the signal processing circuit 5b is formed in the rigid region 10, the module can be easily mounted.
