PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the support rigidity of a suspension and a vehicle body rigidity. SOLUTION: The rear body structure of the vehicle includes a right and left pair of rear side frames 11e extended in a longitudinal direction of a cabin, a rear suspension member 12b having both side ends 12b2 connected to the pair of the rear side frames 11e so as to connect the rear side frames 11e in a vehicle width direction, a rear suspension 3 supported by the rear suspension member 12b and suspending a rear wheel, and a rear cross member 12a connecting the right and left pair of the rear side frames 11e in a position corresponding to the rear suspension member 12b.
