PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a required difference between biases to a predetermined value, with an inexpensive configuration, in an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a charging bias power supply circuit (301) generating a charging bias; a developing bias power supply circuit (401) generating a developing bias; and a correction circuit (305) including a control circuit controlling output and correcting the operation of the control circuit by the output of the charging bias power supply circuit, so that the output of the developing bias power supply circuit is linked with the output of the charging bias power supply circuit.
