PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of changeover between the case where an electronic apparatus is used on a table and the case where the electronic apparatus is used by being hung on a wall, in a tabletop and wall-hanging device for an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A body member 2 is detachably attached to an apparatus bottom face while reversing a front-back direction and a longitudinal direction by engaging elastic engagement pieces on an apparatus bottom face with both side edges of an engagement hole 5. An angle adjustment member 3 is rotatably supported to the body member 2 by fitting shafts 11a of the body member 2 into long holes 17c, and the rotation thereof is restricted by engaging a restriction piece 19 with an lower edge 2a of the body member 2. The electronic apparatus is attached to the front surface 2A side of the body 2, and the electronic apparatus is installed on a wall surface by fitting bolts planted on the wall surface into hook holes 6A, 6B. The electronic apparatus is installed on a table by detachably attaching this tabletop and wall-hanging device 1 for an electronic apparatus to the apparatus bottom face while reversing a front-back direction and a longitudinal direction.
