PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette capable of suppressing a cycle of taking radiation images from getting long, while preventing deterioration in a cable when changing directions of a long side and a short side of an irradiation surface and taking radiation images, and to provide a radiation capturing system. SOLUTION: The cassette includes a cassette body 28 which has the irradiation surface 34 formed in rectangular shape and irradiated with radiation, and a connector part 30 to which the cable 32 for transmitting at least either power or data is connected. The connector part 30 is configured to move between the long side 36 and the short side 38 of the irradiation surface 34 while being connected to the cassette body 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
