发明名称 SURFACE TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION DETECTING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DETECTING REDUCTION IN THICKNESS OF PIPING BY USING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface temperature distribution detecting apparatus capable of detecting a temperature distribution quickly and precisely, and provide a method for detecting a reduction in thickness of piping by using the same. SOLUTION: A surface temperature distribution of metal piping 1 in which a high-temperature fluid flows, is detected. The detecting apparatus includes: a macro-strip line disposed on a surface of the piping 1, which includes a sensor part 10 using the piping 1 as one electrode and having a dielectric layer and a metal electrode to be used as the other electrode; an ETDR (Electrical Time Domain Reflectometer) 11; an impedance measuring device 12; and a display device 13. One shape of the sensor part 10 includes a thermistor layer which varies its resistivity in accordance with a temperature, and the metal electrode having a narrower width in comparison with the thermistor layer. When a surface of a reduced thickness portion of the piping 1 reaches a high temperature preferentially in comparison with other portions, the resistivity of a portion of the thermistor layer corresponding to the high-temperature portion is varied preferentially in comparison with other portions. An impedance distribution varying preferentially in comparison with other portions is observed on the basis of the temperature variation, thereby detecting a position and a state of the reduction in thickness of the piping.
