PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate and the like which can easily and safely form a metal inclined plane without use of a crane. SOLUTION: In the metal plate (iron plate 1), a stairs-cum-guide-member 10 is provided on its front side 3; an anchor member 20 for being integrated with concrete is provided on its backside 4; the anchor members 20 are provided at a predetermined spacing Y in right and left positions; and the width dimension b1 of the stairs-cum-guide-member 10 is smaller than the dimension of the predetermined spacing Y. In addition, the first metal plate is installed in an inclined state on the lower end side of an inclined plane formation-planned portion; the second metal plate is moved upward along the inclined plane formation-planned portion from the state of making the backside of the second metal plate face the front side of the first metal plate, so that the stairs-cum-guide-member provided on the front side of the first metal plate can be sandwiched between the right and left anchor members from right and left sides; and thus, the stairs-cum-guide-member of the first metal plate sandwiched between the right and left anchor members of the second metal plate is utilized as a guide member for straightly guiding the second metal plate upward.
