PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising 3-hydroxy-N<SP>1</SP>-(4-methoxybenzoyl)-N<SP>2</SP>-[4-(4-methyl-1,4-diazepan-1-yl)benzoyl]-1,2-phenylenediamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, obtained by reducing the obstruction such as attaching to a pestle, etc., in tableting, while maintaining disintegrability thereof, and to provide a method for producing the composition. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable hydroxypropylcellulose, reducing obstruction in tableting and maintaining excellent disintegrability of the tablets. The hydroxypropylcellulose has viscosity of≥75 mPa s to≤400 mPa s in a 5% aqueous solution at 25°C, or viscosity of≥10 mPa s to≤150 mPa s in a 2% aqueous solution at 20°C.
