<p>A hand dryer provided with a body having formed therein a hand insertion section into which a hand can be inserted and removed, a high-pressure airflow generating device for generating a high-pressure airflow, nozzles for ejecting toward the hand insertion section the high-pressure airflow generated by the high-pressure airflow generating device, a first air filter (11) provided in an airflow path leading to the high-pressure airflow generating device and preventing entry of dust and foreign matter, and a second air filter (12) provided upstream of the first air filter and having a finer mesh than the first air filter.
