<p>Method for preparing a pasteurized dairy dessert with added lemon juice, to be designated under the Community trade mark Delicatessen Delimón (Community trade mark application no. 008208555), which comprises the preparation of a mixture based on yoghurt cream, fresh cream cheese, sugar or saccharose substitute, and lemon juice, the metering out of this mixture obtained into a vacuum-sealed container, and the cooking of the product by pasteurization in the same container, with final cooling of the product to a preservation temperature of between 0°C and 8°C. In the same way, if a fruit or vegetable jam or compote is previously metered out into the container, it is possible to obtain a pasteurized dairy dessert with added lemon juice that will then be designated Delicatessen Delimón con Mermelada de Fresa or Delicatessen Delimón con Compota de Zanahoria, for example, the former indicating the use of strawberry jam and the latter the use of carrot compote.</p> |
