PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of reducing disturbance of order of the play. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a variable winning hole 9 whose state is changed to a state permitting entrance of a game ball or to a state prohibiting entrance of a game ball by a variable winning control device 90 activated when a prescribed condition is satisfied; and a starting hole 6 disposed above the variable winning hole 9. The game machine also has a receiving part 61 for the starting hole, projecting in the opening edge of the starting hole 6, for receiving a game ball and extracting the game ball to the rear side of a game board, and an entrance preventive part 63 is formed on a side surface of the receiving part 61. The entrance preventive part 63 controls entrance into the variable winning hole 9, and the upper surface 63a of the winning preventive part 63 is lowered toward the outside.
