PURPOSE: A network monitor system and an operating method are provided to build and operate a network system without additional device by sharing resources of a server computer with client devices. CONSTITUTION: A server computer(100) is connected to client devices(300, 400, 500, 600, 700), and the processing result according to the operating signal inputted from the client devices is transmitted to the client devices. The client device transmits the operating signal inputted from user interface to the server computer, and receives and outputs the processing result from the server computer. The server computer stores the OS(Operating System) and application, and comprises a memory unit which stores the account information of client devices, a connection port, and a controller.
