ELECTRODE FOR NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY, NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY, AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery with high adhesion to a collector capable of easily thickening an active material layer.

SOLUTION: The method includes a process of forming a collecting layer 12 on a resin layer 11 in vacuum processing, and a process of forming an active material layer 13 on the collecting layer 12 by injecting an active material together with carrier gas into the collecting layer 12. As to the electrode, the collecting layer is supported by the resin layer, so that the former is restrained from large plastic deformation, with its extension or break hardly occurring.
