<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composite particles for a fuel cell separator which is excellent on liquidity, moldability since it has specific bulk density, electrical characteristics, and mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The granular conductive resin composite particle for the fuel cell separator is a composite particle attained by polymerizing phenol, formalin, and ammonia in an aqueous medium containing conductive carbon. The average particle size of the composite particles is 10-100 μm, the bulk density is 0.3-0.8 g/ml, the content of the conductive carbon is 60-90 wt.% to the composite particles, and volume specific resistance is 100 mΩcm or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
