<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide cleaning device capable of reducing energy necessary for the whole processes by mutually exchanging and utilizing the necessary energy for heating/cooling in a distillation process of liquefied carbon dioxide, and a carbon dioxide cleaning method. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon dioxide cleaning device removes impurities mixed in the liquefied carbon dioxide recovered from a cleaning tank 1 by distillation operation of carbon dioxide in which an evaporator 4 and a condenser 5 of a cleaning block A are used, and reuses the liquefied carbon dioxide after the distillation for cleaning. A heat pump, built in the carbon dioxide cleaning device, comprises a heating heat exchanger 12 which is a part of a heat supply means for supplying heat to the evaporator 4 in the carbon dioxide distillation process, a cooling heat exchanger 13 which is a part of a cold heat supply means for supplying cold heat to the condenser 5 in the same carbon dioxide distillation process, a compressor 10, and an expansion valve 11. Through working fluid in the heat pump, a necessary heat amount (heat) on the evaporator 4 side and a necessary heat amount (cold heat) on the condenser 5 side are transported and exchanged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
