PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the significance of a caused error, to reliably detect and report a serious error when it occurs, and to prevent the report from being canceled. SOLUTION: An error detecting means 66 of a main control means 60 continuously detects other errors while one or more errors occur, and an error reporting control means 67 ends the report on detecting cancellation of the reported error, and switches to report a second error for which cancellation is not detected. Every time the occurrence and cancellation of an error are detected, the main control means 60 transmits the information to a sub-control means 80. An error reporting control means 82 of the sub-control means 80 controls to report an error on receiving the information to the effect that the error occurs, determine which error is reported with priority on receiving information to the effect that other errors have occurred while the occurrence of the error is reported, and switch to report the decided error.
