PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for performing accurate determination by overlapping the image data by X-ray CT of an animal being a measuring target and the image data by fluorescent tomography of the animal each other. SOLUTION: The measuring instrument 10 includes a moving stage 11 for moving a specimen holder 64 holding a specimen being a measuring target, an X-ray CT unit 8 for measuring the measuring target on the moving stage 11, and a fluorescent tomography unit 6 for measuring the measuring target on the moving stage 11.
