<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic base material by which a plastic base material molding is easily taken out from a molding mold by using an external releasing agent without changing a manufacturing process and increasing the number of manufacturing processes. <P>SOLUTION: On a molding surface of a molding mold for manufacturing the plastic base material, a treating surface is formed by a coating composition including a copolymer obtained by copolymerization of monomers including a fluoroaliphatic group-containing unsaturated ester monomer and an unsaturated silane monomer. In this molding mold, a monomer composition which is a raw material of the plastic base material is charged and then the plastic base material taken out of from the molding mold is subjected to alkali washing to manufacture the plastic base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
