<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of assembling a belt type power transmission device which is excellent in sound vibration performance and durability performance and makes assembling work easy to be carried out, and to provide the belt type power transmission device used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: By the method of assembling, a pulley assembly P<SB>s</SB>provided with guides 4, which are fixed on a belt 3 attached to two pulleys 1, 2 through poles 6 is assembled between a case 5 provided with the poles 6 and a cover 7 which is suitable for the case 5. After assembling the assembly P<SB>s</SB>into the case 5 by passing the poles 6 through the guides 4, auxiliary poles 8 are attached to the pole tips 6a. Then, the auxiliary poles 8 are inserted from through-holes H<SB>1</SB>formed at the cover 7 to assemble the cover 7 into the case 5. After removing the auxiliary poles 8 protruding from the through-holes H<SB>1</SB>from the pole tips 6a with the cover 7 attached to the case 5, seal members 10 are assembled into the through-holes H<SB>1</SB>together with blocking members 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
