<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a bipolar secondary battery in which mixing of bubble is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 100 manufactures a bipolar secondary battery by pasting and laminating in a plurality of layers laminates 40A and 40B in which a bipolar electrode and a separator are laminated, and has a first holding means 110 which holds a rear side 44 of a pasting face 42 of the first laminate 40A, a second holding means 120 which is arranged in free approach and separation to the first holding means 110 and holds the rear side 44 of a pasting face 42 of the second laminate 40B opposed to the first laminate 40A, a sealing means 130 for sealing the space formed between the first holding means 110 and the second holding means 120, and a pressure reducing mechanism 140 for depressurizing the space sealed by the sealing means 130.
