PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device easy in attaching and detaching a filter. SOLUTION: This heat exchange type ventilation device 1A has an OA filter 8 vertically attached. The OA filter 8 is attachable and detachable while moved in the vertical direction by opening an attachment/detachment opening cover 30 of a front panel 3. An RA filter 9 is attached on a suction opening cover 32 for opening and closing the front pane 3.
