PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reactor noise that occurs in synchronism with reactor short circuit action at a load in the vicinity of a border where the reactor short circuit action starts for adjusting a DC power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A control part 9 varies an on-period▵t (0≤t) to control a DC voltage to a desired value by referencing a difference between a target DC voltage and an output of a DC voltage detecting means. Here, the on-period▵t is shifted from >0 to 0 when a load value detected by a load detecting means 10 comes to be less than a preset value, for suppressing reactor noise at the load in the vicinity of the border.
