PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically carry electricity with a lapse of a prescribed time after being connected to an outside power supply. SOLUTION: An ARB (Auto Reset Breaker) is arranged in a power supply control circuit 11. When a remote device 1 is installed on an electric pole and connected to the commercial power supply, a change in voltage or a change in current is detected by the ARB, and the remote device is automatically turned on after the lapse of the prescribed time. A DC power is generated in the power supply control circuit 11 on the basis of AC power fed from an electric power line, and the generated DC power is fed to a signal processing circuit 12. The operation of the signal processing circuit 12 is started, and communication relay by a home device is performed in the signal processing circuit 12.
