PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure pump capable of effectively suppressing the entry of water or the like therein. SOLUTION: An insertion piece 77 and a barrier 89 against which the foreign matter intruding thereto through the final exhaust port 81 is collided to change the direction are disposed in the second discharge chamber 98 of the negative pressure pump. Since the insertion piece and the barrier against which the foreign matter intruding thereto through the final exhaust port is collided to change the direction are disposed in the second discharge chamber, a labyrinth can be formed therein, and the entry of water or the like therein from the outside can be effectively suppressed.
