PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve an exhaust sound reducing function of a silencer, and to efficiently secure a luggage storage space in a rear part of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In a rear luggage room structure of the vehicle, a suspension 6 for supporting a rear wheel 5 is arranged below a rear floor panel 4 for forming a floor surface of the rear part of the vehicle body, the silencer 7 is arranged behind the suspension, and the upper part of the rear floor panel 4 can be used as a rear luggage room 3. In the rear floor panel 4, a sub trunk 27 in communication with the rear luggage room 3 is installed at a position avoiding interference with the suspension 6, and the sub trunk 27 and the silencer 7 are arranged in parallel in a vehicle width direction.
