PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve removing workability by removing a link without damaging the link and a casing, without specially preparing an exclusive tool for removing the link. SOLUTION: An installation hole 30a is formed in the casing 30. The link 104 is formed with a fitting cylinder 104a inserted into the installation hole 30a, and an engaging piece 104h engaging with the peripheral edge of the installation hole 30a. The engaging piece 104h of the link 104 is constituted so as to be elastically deformed in the direction for engaging with and disengaging from the peripheral edge of the installation hole 30a. A removing member 120 is inserted into the fitting cylinder 104a of the link 104. The removing member 120 is provided with a pressing piece 120b for pressing the engaging piece 104h in the separating direction for separating from the peripheral edge of the installation hole 30a, an operation part 120a for operating the pressing piece 120b, and a locking claw 120f locking with the link 104.
