PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of shortening the time required for sampling a sample component and improving the detection sensitivity when the sample component is analyzed using a solid phase micro extraction method. SOLUTION: In this sampling method using the solid phase micro extraction method, a fiber-like sampling section is brought into contact with gas containing the sample component, and the sampled sample component is analyzed.
