<p>A computer-implemented method for management of a survey response associated with a score is disclosed. Exemplary systems and methods include a processor, a computer readable storage medium having instructions for execution by the processor, and the processor executing the instructions on the computer readable storage medium to transmit a survey response associated with a score for display on a network device. If the score of the survey response is below a threshold, the processor transmits an issue report for display on the network device. The processor also transmits a calculated value for display on the network device, the calculated value based at least in part on the score associated with the survey response. In a further exemplary system and method, the processor transmits for display on the network device a quantity representing a number of survey responses that may have their associated score deducted from the calculated value. According to yet another exemplary system and method, the processor receives from the network device an assignment of an issue report to a party responsible for resolution of the issue report.</p> |
