<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium having glossiness feeling equivalent to that of silver halide photography, and capable of outputting an clear image by an inkjet recording system using dyestuff ink and pigment ink. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium is provided with an ink receiving layer prepared by a solidification cast coating method by applying a solidification agent solution on a surface of an application layer after providing the application layer by applying a paint of pH 7.5-10 containing an inorganic fine particle containing colloidal silica and a polyvinyl alcohol on at least one face of a gas-permeable paper support body containing a Rosetta type light calcium carbonate, and the solidification agent solution contains two kinds of cationic colloidal silica having 15-35 nm of an average primary particle size and 40-65 nm of an average primary particle size, and a boron compound, and has pH 1-4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
