摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery module capable of preventing deterioration of electrode performance of a power generation cell and power generation output of the fuel battery cell stack due to overcurrent, by preventing short circuit between a separator of the fuel battery cell stack and a thermocouple. <P>SOLUTION: The contact part of a metal tube 19 is constructed of an electric insulating member 28 and a sealing member 27 to prevent leakage to the outside of a can body 2 of an exhaust gas discharged from the fuel battery cell stack 3 is installed at the penetrating portion of a sheathed thermocouple 4 of the can body 2. Further, an electric insulating paste 23 is coated on the whole surface of the outside of the metal tube 19 on one end side of the sheathed thermocouple, and a first protection tube 24 and a second protection tube 25 of electric insulation property are installed with a gap 30 between the metal tube 19 of the sheathed thermocouple 4 and the first protection tube 24 and the first protection tube 24 and the second protection tube 25, at one end of the sheathed thermocouple 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
