摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit high supercharging performance according to the operation state in an internal combustion engine with superchargers adopting a high pressure EGR technology for recirculating exhaust gas before passing through the superchargers, even during operation at a high EGR ratio in which a passing air quantity through the superchargers is largely reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas recirculation system comprises: a plurality of superchargers 6A, 6B connected in parallel to an exhaust passage 3 for introducing exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine 2; an EGR passage 25 which bypasses a charging or scavenging passage 10 through which compressed gas generated by the superchargers 6A, 6B is supplied to the internal combustion engine 2 and the exhaust passage 3; and a control device 30 which executes control to adjust the EGR ratio which is a ratio of the quantity of exhaust gas passing through the EGR passage 25 to the total quantity of exhaust gas, wherein the control device 30 determines whether each of the superchargers 6A, 6B is operated in accordance with the load and the EGR ratio of the internal combustion engine 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
